By creating an account or using La Momentum you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Account registration

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

2. Photographer-uploaded content

By uploading a photo or video you confirm that you own the copyright and that you have authorization from people depicted when required by law. You grant La Momentum a non-exclusive license to display and commercialize the content under the chosen license terms.

3. Purchases and licenses

The license you purchase defines the allowed usage. Reselling or redistributing the original file is prohibited.

4. Photographer payouts

Payouts follow the commission agreed at onboarding and are paid on the schedule shown in the photographer dashboard.

5. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time.
